The Marina requires first month's slip rent ($450/mth) and a deposit of one month's slip rent. They also require insurance.

Marina has some nice amenities (restaurant & bar, well equipped store, pump out station, fuel dock, showers, laundry etc.

She is an easy boat to sail alone. She was used often and is very stable and safe.
