1989 IP35. Sloop rigged. Partial refit over the past 5 years to include new chain plates done by Snead Island Boat Works, new standing rigging, new biminis and Neil Pryde sail bag, new water heater, new holding tank, new Raritan electric head, new air conditioner, new anchor roller with a 55 lb. Mantis anchor along with 135' chain, new cabin lights and fans, new galley faucet and microwave, new Force 10 stove and oven combo, new motor mounts and engine refresh (pistons, rings, valves, fuel pumps, riser), overhauled transmission by previous owner, new generator with 121 hours of use, brand new sails by Mack Sails still in box, and new barrier coat and bottom paint applied in 2020. Boat is being sold and priced to sell AS-IS with the following needed repairs, refrigeration repair, bottom paint and gelcoat refresh, wind instrument in-op, and thru hull valve needs replacing
