2002 Hutchins Com-Pac 25 Sailboat w/ Diesel Engine & Trailer For Sale.

Boat is currently rigged/ready to sail and berthed in her seasonal slip; she is located near the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore on Lake Superior (Washburn Marina).

Survey and sea trial performed in October 2024 by a SAMS accredited surveyor. Boat received an overall vessel rating of 'BUC CONDITION.' This rating means the vessel is ready for sale or use requiring no additional work and normally equipped for her size.

Reasons for sale:
1) traveling 8 plus hours, each way, to see her is proving challenging for our schedules (Note: We have a dock neighbor who will assist with showing the boat).
2) a cross-country move may soon be in our future.
3) looking to get into a Com-Pac Sun Cat or Sunday Cat gaff-rigged cat boat.
