Make up expected but ready to sail.

Equipment:
2 sail sets (including main sail but only 1 front sail 1), 1 regular, 1 kevlar
2 spinnakers
steering stick for tailed rudder, American and French flags, 6 life jackets, 5 hp off-shore engine, portable VHF, mast harness, trolling gear, water tanks ok, bilge pump, all sail sheets ok, all halyards ok, moored in Baypoint Marina ($249.02/month), all matresses ok.
Compass to replace, VHF equiped (turns on and off but don't know if effective or not, previous owner suspected an issue with antenna), sink unconnected to water tanks (to be reconnected if neede), gaz hob ok but no gas bottle
