Update 7/4/25, we are in Deltaville, Virginia. We just completed 1800 nautical miles sailing from Honduras. The buyer we were in contract with didn't work out due to financing but oil sample report was great and survey May 2025 verbal report showed minimal needs/ normal wear.

She is ready to take you wherever you may want to go! We have spent 8 years living aboard and sailing the Western Caribbean, but it is time for us to sell s/v City Dogs, which was last surveyed in May 2025. The sailing setup is easy for shorthand sailing. She has everything you need to cruise, including a Katadyn watermaker, 500 watts of solar, 420 amps Lifeline 4D AGM batteries, Starlink, cold fridge, cold AC, and new life raft. Everything has been continuously maintained as we live aboard and sail. USCG Registered; regularly maintained.
