Description: |
Turn key pocket cruiser, easy to sail single-handed and ideal for the Bay. Deep keel version (4.5 ft). Very good to excellent condition (for an 80s boat). Had her 3 years now and she is regularly sailed. She was once raced and still has some extra gear like a max size jib. 2022: Outboard Tohatsu 6HP fully serviced this Spring and starts easily. Bottom cleaned and paint touched up this May. (picture shows work in progress - before cleaning was complete.) 2021 saw a lot of work: Bottom sanded&painted (Odyssey HD), new standing rigging- professionally installed and tuned, New jib roller furler, new 150 Genoa/Jib. New upholstery for most cushions. Galley plumbing fixed. Electronics work (GPS/Speed/depth/lights/panel/radio... except anchor light needs a new bulb). Trouble-free Portapotty. Bilge is clean and dry. Deck and hull have no issues (in my non-expert opinion; sold as is, consult your own expert). How many does it sleep? A couple or young family might be very comfortable for weekend cruises. Tall&big guys - like my son and me- well, I'm moving up to a larger boat. I've used it more as a day sailor and it has the nimbleness and sailing simplicity that reminds me of a Flying Scot (translation: fun!). |
Equipment: |
Tohatsu 6, solar panel charging, Lowrance Nav, Marine Radio, extra Genoa (for light wind racing ), new roller furler and Genoa. Basic set of lifejackets and other gear - ready to sail away! |
