44' CSY Center Cockpit

1978 CSY 44...walk over center cockpit cutter live aboard, local and ocean cruiser is in mostly good to excellent condition. Located in Virginia.

Hauled out: May-June 2022, replaced cutlass bearing, shaft and rudder-post packing, installed refurbished propeller, keel cosmetic work, FOUR coats bottom paint.

Isinglass dodger, sail covers in fair condition. Two cabin/head lay out, two mains (working main w/ recent maintenance in good condition and off shore main in excellent condition), Profurl luff tape genoa in good condition, Yankee in good condition, spinnaker in good condition, spare 90% luff tape jib in good condition. Fiberglass (GRP) hard cover with side enclosure canvas/Isenglass for protected cockpit pilothouse steering (removable for fully open cockpit and/or zip up). Heavy duty dinghy davit system. Perkins 50 diesel with 100 gal fuel (2 tanks)
