40' CMT Ile Disko

Exceptionally strong and sea kindly sail boat in excellent condition, built for the first BOC race with over sized rigging and large sail inventory, lightly used. The boat was put ashore in 1990 and remained mostly under cover since then. The hull was re-blasted and painted with 2-part epoxy system, and interior rebuild started, new engine acquired also. The interior hull has a sprayed on insulation and so has never sweated and keeps very dry. Lots of room below decks with the interior divided up with 3 separate berths, saloon, large lazarette and forepeak area for sail storage and work bench area under the foredeck hatch.
It is presently a work in progress with the cabin furnishing incomplete and the wiring and plumbing still to do, however the boat is in exceptional condition with very strong spars and rigging and the sails are all in very good shape (9 in total including storm sails and spinnaker). Also included is a custom 3-axle trailer. 8 Lewmar winches and SL windlass plus various lines, sheets and all hardware necessary for sail handling are included.
