Feels like a thirty footer, but moors in a 25� slip

No evidence of blisters. A barrier coat has been applied under the bottom paint. Hull sides, decks and superstructure show low wear and tear for a boat of this age.

This is a nice Ericson 25 fractional rigged sloop.

The sail inventory could be improved and the basic boat is in above average condition.

The electronics and navigation devices aboard are not working properly and should be repaired or upgraded. The Honda outboard main propulsion outboard is reliable in its present condition.
