32 feet Gibsea 96 1984, rare 3 cabins double beds, and there is ample headroom throughout. 2 fridges 1 should be checked (freon), new cushions, extra clean boat no leaks, engine and trans mint condition, 2 blade prop, good sails- Full-batten mainsail , new rodes ,Fururo wind turbine, depth, speed, gps(ray marine). full enclosure-new canvas, cradle, 3 large cockpit lockers, boarding platform integrated to the hull, new lewmar winlass, bow with double anchor roller for second anchor.
always navigated in fresh water(no salt)
located at Gaines Marina, New York State (close to the Canadian border)
ready to sail as is.( used 4 months a year, always sailed Lake Champlain, New York) selling because got work transferred to Nunavut for couple of years, so useless to keep boat for now.

2023-24 improvements:
new windlass 125' of 5/16 chain, controlled from the cockpit or with foot switches at bow, new stainless anchor, all wiring and frame done for solar panels (2x 400w), 2 water tanks (bags) under the two sofas a second water system of lake/ocean water that as an outlet at the anchor, at the cockpit and one at kitchen sink and bathroom sink(permits to save tons of water just to rinse/clean.dishes,hands,anchor,etc.
All cushion's foam are new ($1000) 2 stainless custom built tanks holder
(2x 5lbs propane ,total 4 tanks), with fittings and hoses for bar BQ and external hot water heater (included)
(hot exterior shower at the back platform).
starboard cabin fitted with a 12V heavy duty electric outlet to connect an extra electric portable freezer/cooler.
20 hp Volvo and trans low hours very very clean and in order. Seatech on all bridge (anti slip and comfort.
