Description:
Roomy cabin and cockpit. (especially for a 27 footer)

The deck/cabin trunk has some gelcoat crazing that I believe is repairable, and doesn't prevent the boat from being used as-is for now.

Got the boat to use this season, but am now realizing that my other obligations may be getting in the way and making it a less than convenient time to move up in boat size. So am now offering the boat for sale, to get a smaller boat for now.

May be interested in smaller boat (eg: Cape Dory 19, 22 or 25 in trade. Trailer a plus.)

Equipment:
Mercury 9.9 HP extra-longshaft four-stroke outboard on bracket. Circa 2018? Previous owner reported low hours and outboard mechanic believed so also).

Mainsail in good shape. Roller furling jib. Jib needs servicing or possibly replacement. Setup with all lines led to cockpit, making it ideal for single-handed
sailing.

Nice cabin layout with double quarter berth to Starbooard.

The inset step and boarding ladder built into the transom is a handy feature.
