Description: |
The popular Lagoon 380 is one of the best-selling catamarans on the market, with about 1000 built from 2000 to 2019 by Beneteau in Bordeaux, France. These classy catamarans are built for coastal cruising and chartering and are also proven circumnavigators. Lagoon 380s are well-built with both safety and comfort in mind. This catamaran has had only 2 owners, NEVER chartered, and is in excellent condition. Wylicat is hull number 26, which if you check the reviews, was better built than later models. The Lagoon 380 is a great cruising catamaran that sails better than many other cats and provides lots of living space for the money. Wylicat is the highly sought after owners version with three cabins and two heads. The salon and galley were refit in 2020 with new cushions, Corian cocktail table with storage below, new Corian counters, Kenyon Silken 21 induction cooktop, new double-bowl stainless steel sink and faucet, and new Skysol custom window blinds and Dometic roller window covers (blackout and screen) throughout. The owners suite occupies the starboard hull, providing a spacious private cabin with queen berth aft, an en-suite bathroom, desk and ample storage, while two guest cabins and second head and shower in the port hull offer wonderful space for family or friends. Whether relaxing in the spacious cockpit under the soft-top bimini, lounging inside the bright salon, or relaxing on the trampolines, theres a favorite seat for everyone aboard. The current owners have enjoyed sailing Wylicat for 6 years and have kept her in great condition with many upgrades and professional engine and operating systems maintenance. This vessel already comes with much of the equipment you need to go cruising including 300 watts of solar, 125-amp inverter/charger and battery bank. The Lagoon 380 has an 80-gallon water tank, and she carries 2, 26-gallon fuel tanks. |

Accommodations The Lagoon 380 is comfortable with her beamy hulls and headroom. The unique vertical salon windows are more shaded from the mid-day sun, lessening the greenhouse effect from the slanted window designs, and also allowing for amazing visibility with a 360-degree viewing from inside the salon. The dual sliding doors give the salon a very open, airy environment. The galley is equipped Kenyon Silken 21 induction cooktop (2020), an air-cooled Frigoboat fridge/freezer, and an electric pump for the galley water with a 110v 10-gallon hot water tank. There is also a water filtration system installed under the sink. There are 3 sleeping cabins with large comfortable berths and ample storage. The 2 heads each have a shower, one electric marine toilet, and one manual toilet. On the exterior the Lagoon 380 has plenty of unobstructed space to easily walk around. The bridge deck clearance is high in comparison to other cats; this greatly reduces slamming and improves hull longevity. The U-shaped cockpit seating and table is spacious and creates a very secure and enclosed cockpit area. Wylicat has a dodger and canvas bimini top, and the cockpit table is new. The owners are leaving extras including a Magma BBQ, galley equipment, dishware and cookware, life jackets, and spare parts. Large salon with galley, dining space, front-loaded refrigerator, and nav station New salon cushions throughout using synthetic fabrics - sun, water and stain resistant New Skysol custom window blinds and Dometic roller window covers (blackout and screen) (2020) Storage compartments under salon seats and cocktail table Starboard aft hull owners suite has queen berth aft, custom storage and owners head with a fully enclosed, large separate stand up shower with bench Port aft hull has queen berth and custom storage cabinets and single berth and custom cabinets forward; guest head with marine shower between port hull berths New mattresses & linens in all berths (2020) Television Reverse cycle AC/heat pump Fans in salon and cabins Sony stereo with Sirius XM radio Engine & Mechanical Equipment Wylicat is equipped with 2 extremely well-maintained, 30 Hp Yanmar 3GM30F diesel engines. Between having two engines and the compact size of this vessel, docking is easy and she is highly maneuverable. Wylicat has all new rigging (2021); the main sail is fully battened and is in excellent condition, the head sail is a furling jib in excellent condition. There is one electric Harkin winch at the helm for the main sail. For navigation there is a new B&G Zeus3 9 inch and Triton 2 multi-function system with GPS, auto-pilot, wind, depth and navigation charts, and to get you to shore there is an 8 ft West Marine tender with a 6hp Tohatsu outboard.
