27' Heritage Marine Nor'Sea 27

For sale is my trusty 1980 Nor'Sea, hull #155. ARK is a factory finished, aft-cabin with the tall rig option. Yanmar 2QM15 diesel engine. Rigged for solo sailing, Monitor self-steering windvane. Diesel cabin heater. Fully functional and seaworthy.

Ground tackle: 35# CQR on bow roller with 15' chain and 200' rode; Danforth with 15' chain and 150' rode; hawse pipe and anchor lockers in bow and stern.
