35' Island Packet 35

This is probably the best equipped IP35 on the market today. This vessel just returned from her fourth adventure to the Bahamas. Serenade is turnkey ready for extended offshore or coastal cruising. Meticulously maintained and loved by active sailor with no expense spared. Everything is in working order. A recent survey for insurance described this vessel to be in above average condition for her age. Over the past 3 years Serenade has undergone a complete refit to include the following:
