This is a very well-kept, spacious and clean sailboat, all systems work great, maintained by Riverside Marine Racine WI. Always been in Lake water, no salt water.
At slip in Kenosha Southport WI; slip is paid for summer season of 2025.

Registered IL including 2026. Custom cradle. Winter stored at Riverside Marine Racine. Cradle Summer storage paid for.
- Main sail is in good order. Made in UK. Dacron material
- Furling Jib is in great order: Genoa 130 % which means it goes beyond the mast which is useful in light winds, can be furled to nothing from the cockpit. 4 years old. Used 3 seasons.

- fuel tank holds 18 gallons (both fuel filters have been replaced before this season)

- Engine oil change and filter done fall 2024, both fuel filters are new, stuffing box replenished spring 2025.
