27' Albin Vega

1970 Albin Vega. Almost completely original but in great shape. Coast guard documented. Has all of the original vega equipment including VHF, two burner alcohol stove, oil lamp, brass bell and more. Always in freshwater.

These boats have a cult following because they are extremely well built and seaworthy.

Old school winches work great and better designed than modern winches in my opinion.

Head has been removed and comes with a perfectly clean porta potty. Boat smells really good on the inside. No diesel smell and no head smell. This is the number one reason I bought it.

Original Albin 021 Engine runs but has recently stopped pumping water. Not sure why. I added an aux pump just to go in and out of the harbor. Combi Drive works as it should. Also includes a Tohatsu 6 extra long shaft outboard which runs well.

Sails: Profurl roller furler with brand new 130 custom designed roller reefing headsail with foam luff. Also includes a working jib and all the original sails and bags. Main sail in good useable shape.

Rigging: Seems to be original and in good shape. Has the roller furling boom for the main.

Trailer: Comes with a two axle trailer that has just had major service. Ready to go.

Boat is in the water in Chattanooga, Tennessee at a boat club with a great ramp and gin pole etc. Everything you need to get the boat ready to go for free. The Tennessee river and the subsequently the rest of the world is accessible by water. Boat is in the water.

Interior is clean and odor free.

Has new Marelon thru-hulls throughout.

Exterior has never been painted buandt is in good shape.

Heavy danforth anchor with 20 of ⅜ chain.

Lots of extras.

Great boat for the money.
