33' Cal Cal 33-2

Well-maintained 1988 Cal 33 sailboat on floating dock (fully paid for 2025 season) for sale on the northeastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay. These are well-built coastal cruisers made for comfort and performance. This is an extremely clean, dry boat with a beautiful interior. Just launched after fresh bottom paint, it's ready for the 2025 season. What I thought was my retirement boat is simply is not working out due to distance and being the only person in the family interested in weekends at the boat. Trying to price it to sell as this is several thousand less than I paid for it a couple of years ago, and does not include $3k in improvements I've added. NADA avg retail value is $32k. Asking $21k.
