Description:
Reliable, fully equipped, and ready to launch. Roomy cockpit and cabin. Easy to sail, and great for cruising.
Well cared for and maintained. Recently serviced Yanmar 2GM20F. North Sails mainsail and genoa. Raymarine electronics, including chartplotter and autopilot. Loads of spares. Receipts available for all recent work.

The boat is seaworthy and up until last summer was sailed every year with little to no issues.
During my ownership the boat (there have been 3 owners) was mainly based in Greenport, NY until May 2021 when I sailed it up to Maine

Items replaced/upgraded during my ownership:
Replaced mainsail and genoa in 2017 with new North Sails
Upgraded radio
Replaced all lines

Serviced engine annually and completed standing rigging inspections
Issues:
Needs some cosmetic work. Small repairs. Bottom paint.
Table in the galley was removed as one of the legs had some corrosion. I have the table it would just need to be repaired and reinstalled.
