35.8' Cheoy Lee Pedrick 36

After a few years of very happy ownership we are very sad to have to let go of Seven Tenths, a Cheoy Lee Pedrick 36. She is a classic, blue water yacht that has stood the test of time. Many Cheoy Lees have cruised the world and they are still a sought after cruising vessel. Shes had a lot of ongoing maintenance and upgrades by us and her previous owners. The interior is finished in teak and has comfortable accommodation for six in a forward stateroom, 2 settees in the salon and a large quarter berth. Engine access for servicing is unparalleled. Seven Tenths has crossed the Atlantic a few times and has a nice history, being previously owned by "Rod Heikel" who along with his wife has written many Mediterranean Pilot books. The antifoul needs to be redone (materials already on board), yet after that she is fully equipped and ready to cruise.

Currently afloat at Real Club Nautico Valencia , "Seven Tenths" is available for viewings by appointment.
