Description:
Fast, safe, comfortable cruising sailboat. Large cockpit, wide side decks, lines led aft, four deck winches 6' headroom below, complete galley, enclosed head cabin (no head installed presently), the upholstery is in good shape, lots of teak below Hull in good shape and well maintained: No blisters. A barrier coat has been applied under the bottom paint. Hull sides, decks and superstructure show relatively low wear and tear for a boat of this age. This is a nice Ericson 25 fractional rigged sloop. The boat is in above average condition.

Sails: Main (serviceable), 150% & 130%, Rolly Tasker Roller-Furler jib, (new), spinnaker & pole (fair),
Propulsion: Outboard 2016 Tohatsu 9.8hp 4-stroke on retracting transom bracket - very reliable. Serviced April 2025
