17' Com-Pac Sun Cat

Exceptionally well-kept 2011 Com-Pac Suncat. Easy to maintain, fun and simple to sail. I've enjoyed single-handing, sailing with my wife, and have comfortably sailed with 5 adults.

I am the third owner. The first two owners were older, and almost never sailed the boat. I love this boat (named for my mother) and am reluctantly parting with her only because my wife and I are looking to purchase a larger boat for more serious cruising. Waxed, new bottom, brightwork, etc. every season I've owned her.
