Located at Shelter Island Marina in San Diego, our beautiful sailboat has been our escape for many years. Sleeps 6 in comfort! Our perfect "apartment/hotel" in San Diego.
First the bad .... needs an engine (price reflected) ... once it failed I had planned to convert the boat to electric. The original diesel has been removed and the compartment is ready to be repowered.
The good .... sleeps 6 in comfort, new upholstery (interior), excellent woodwork, new windlass (never used), all electrical/charging components have been upgraded, working fridge and freezer. Nice head with shower (never use), stove, oven. Nice covers and sails, roller furling, dodger, etc.... This is a must see in person. (Boat is designed to see the world!)
Sailed to Catalina and back in safety and comfort during COVID. Used as our apartment and escape from the heat to stay in San Diego. Marina has pools, showers, laundry, gym, bar, restaurant, and hotel .... as a boat owner, you get access
