s/v Righting Moment is a fast and capable racer/cruiser, with a long list of recent upgrades. Over the past year and a half I have sailed 8,500 NM on her, and safely completed several solo offshore passages: including a 12-day, 1450 NM passage from Beaufort to St Martin in November 2023.

Shes well-equipped for living aboard, and all mechanical systems are working well for those who want to sail fast and/or far. I completed a long list of projects myself, and while far from bristol condition, she is safe and ready to set sail again.

Engine and propulsion
-Oil changed every 100 hours. Service records maintained over the past 800 hours. 2-stage fuel filter (Racor 1st stage, OEM paper filter second stage). Spares and service kit included.

Sails and Rigging
-Replaced all sails in 2023/2024 with quality refurbished ones. None are new, but all have good shape and lots of life left in them. Halyards and reefing lines at mast, sheets, spinnaker halyard, and topping lift led to cockpit.
-Main Sail, Fully battened, 3-reef points. Professionally cut down and restitched from a larger boat in 2024. Lots of life left, requires some patches where the spreader lights have worn through the cloth. Approx. 9 oz. cloth.
-Genoa, 135% roller-furling genoa. Purchased used & in good condition from Bacon Sails in 2023. Sewn-on UV strip. Approx 6 oz. cloth.
-Jib, 90% heavy-weather furling jib. Purchased used & in fair condition from Bacon Sails in 2024. Sewn-on UV strip. Approx 10 oz. cloth.
-Spinnaker, Symmetrical spinnaker, fair condition. May require some patches.

Standing Rigging, Unknown age. Oversized and in good working condition.
