Seller is motivated, the boat is in Good condition, and ready to sail. The Flicka 20 is a Pocket Cruiser for Solo Sailor or a couple. The Boat is very clean, with no "boat smell" I recently completed a 400 mile cruise along the west coast of Florida, and a 600 mile cruise to Florida Keys. The boat is well maintained and outfitted for cruising. Think of it as an RV van on the water, perfect for multi day adventures where comfort is not sacrificed for ease of sailing. The boat is rigged for easy solo sailing with all functions controlled from the cockpit. An all electric galley supported by 600 AH house bank, 200 watts solar, 3000K inverter charger, and 35QT Fridge Freezer, make meal preparations and storage very simple. New cushions make the cabin comfortable for sleeping, and a separate head with portable toilet, provides privacy for taking care of business. The Flicka 20 is forgiving under sail, easy to anchor and dock, yet still provides the safety and comfort for multi day adventures.
