Classic 1968 well maintained Cheoy Lee
Offshore 31 ketch.
Location: moored in St. John US Virgin Islands . Hauled out every year for hurricane season. Has new bottom paint and topsides paint. New prop and drive shaft, many new and replaced items. Engine is a Volvo Penta 30 hp and in great running condition. 3 sails are all in great condition. Burgundy sail covers, dodger and cockpit awning. Also has a like new Caribe C12 X inflatable dinghy with an older 15 hp two stroke Yamaha outboard selling separately! asking 5k . Ready to sail away!

Equipment:
3 sails: fully battened main and mizzen , and Jib in good condition with sail covers. Gold aluminum masts, teak decks have been removed, and replaced with non-skid and painted in great condition. Engel, portable fridge freezer, 2 house batteries, 2 engine batteries in great condition set up with 3 - 100 W each solar panels, brand new inverter 1500, Sunbrella fabric on cockpit cushions and interior cushions, 2 burner propane stove with oven, propane tank, dodger with small awning over cockpit. Plenty of dock lines, mooring lines, 4 fenders, extra anchors etc. The boat also has registered hurricane mooring in Hurricane Hole, Borck Creek, Coral Bay.
