Description:
A newly built this spring Chesapeake Light Craft Skerry sailing and rowing boat. Boat is 100% ready to sail with all components in like new condition (cause they are new :) ). A superb rowing and sailing boat that I've covered almost 60 miles in. I cannot sing enough praise for this boat, there is a reason it's so popular. It sails and rows equally well and is incredibly weatherly. I've sailed in winds up to 20 knots with this boat and never taken a wave over the gunnel. She is a very trim and sleek design yet very stable at the same time. She has a new mast step, as the original broke. The new one is a big beefed up version which will undoubtedly be able to stand up to any weather you will likely be out in. The oars are not included as I am borrowing them from someone else. The finished hull is only 100 pounds according to the plans and can be car-topped by two able-bodied persons, or used with a trailer. $3,500
