1983 Pearson 303 hull # 065. I have had her for about three and a half years. Original Yanmar 2gmf replaced with Yanmar 2gmf with fewer hours in good shape. New cutless bearing. Two coats of bottom paint done October 2022. Bottom cleaned by diver once a month. New engine mounts. All of the above work was done by Marine Propulsion Boatyard on Wadmalaw Island near Charleston S.C. They have my permision to share invoices and discuss work performed on Maluhia.
I added a small cherrywood nav desk at foot of quarterberth. All nav and running lights working including steaming light, anchor light and two spreader lights. Added davits for dinghy. Wheel steering and emergency tiller aboard. Crisp rolling furling genoa. Good mainsail. New spinaker and pole attached on deck. William Shaw stated that his goal in designing the 303 was to make the largest, most comfortable coastal cruiser in the 30 foot range. Six foot 5 inch headroom in main cabin. Comfortable V-berth. Installed a small Garmin that mounts on clip at the helm providing gps, depth and charts (updatable) of entire U.S. east coast and Great Lakes. Removable when not in use. Solid ground tackle. Head includes shower. Hot water heater aboard that heats at dock (110 v) or underway using engine heat. Pressure water system. Marine AC and heat installed for use with shore power. Bimini top. I am selling as I am under contract on next boat and do not want two slip fees nor two sailboats. Priced to sell and willing to haggle a bit.
